Three Cities faced the Metro Ice for the third of three matchups vs the Warren AA league on Tuesday night. A true pitchers' duel, the Cities' Mark Rauschenbach was perfect through 3 innings, and the Ice's Jake Foster was able to hold the cities offense quiet as well.

The Ice managed to strike first, when in the 4th, Rauschenbach surrendered his first walk, followed by a couple close plays and a 2-run double from M. Herron. After falling behind 2 runs, the Cities offense exploded with 4 runs in the 5th, and the defense was able to right the ship, and the starter recorded a 1-2-3 5th inning and handed the ball over with the lead to the bullpen. After the offense added 2 more runs on a 2-out, 2-RBI single from John Millin, Mike Muller pitched a scoreless 6th inning. The team took that 6-2 lead into the bottom of the final frame, where Austin Sczemacs was able to record a back-door save despite to some fielding miscues and a late surge from the home team. Final Score: TCBC 6 - Metro Ice 4
