Three CIties opened up the Ohio MSBL playoffs having secured the #1 seed and hosting the #8 seed Angels, whom they had beaten twice during the regular season, including a no-hitter by Jack Wysocki just a few weeks prior.

Wysocki started again, but this time it was the Cities' bats that were silenced, as the Angels' starting pitcher combined a slow curve, a drop ball, a fork ball and knuckler to keep the ball dancing past the City hitters, holding them to only 4 hits on the day. Wysocki pitched well himself, keeping TCBC firmly in the game, spreading out 10 hits over 9 innings, and only allowing 2 runs to plate. But that was plenty, as zero never beats 2. Final score: Angels 2 - TCBC 0.

This eliminated the Three Cities team from the Ohio MSBL playoffs.
